How to cite Celeus.
Cite the software you used and, if you rely on it, the validation report as a separate reference. Replace the bracketed and date fill-ins.
The software
The engine version is not printed on this page, because it changes with each release. Copy it from the Engine: line in the README of your own reproducible package, so the reference names the version that produced your result.

The validation report is its own reference. Cite the version DOI: it pins the exact report.

}What the validation covers, and what it does not
The report ran 168 cases across 39 test types and compared 641 reported values. These are counts of the checks the report ran, not a score.
Covers
- Numeric agreement with an independent R computation for every case (0 unexplained divergences).
- A literature-anchored subset: 16 cases whose numbers also match a published value.
- A certified-reference subset: 11 cases checked against values certified by a standards body.
- A test-selection evaluation: 150 cases, of which 129 proposed the correct family of test.
- A reproducibility sweep: 41 cases re-run and compared.
Does not cover
- Review by an independent statistician, which the report names as the next step.
- The wording of the AI-written plain-language interpretation.
- Clinical decision support. Celeus is a research statistics tool.
- Anything outside the test types the report lists.
Also cite R and the R packages
The session information in your reproducible package lists R and every package that produced the result. R's own reference comes from running citation() in R, and citation("packagename") gives the entry for a package.
