Export results and the reproducible package
Confirm the run, then download the package
Section titled “Confirm the run, then download the package”Every finished run has a reproducible package: one zip file with the plan, results, tables, figures, the exact script, the seed, the package versions and the audit log. The reproducible package lists what is inside.
The download is locked until the results are confirmed, so that a package only leaves after someone has looked at what it contains.
- Open the run from Runs or from the dataset page.
- Read the result, the assumption checks and any warning flags.
- Choose Confirm these results at the top, or Confirm results and unlock download at the bottom.
- Choose Download package (.zip).
The confirmation is saved with the run, with who confirmed it and when. From then on the download is unlocked for everyone with access to the run, including after a reload.
People who can only view the run - viewers in your workspace, and researchers the project is shared with - cannot record a confirmation. They can still unlock the download for themselves on the page, and nothing is saved on the run.
The package contains a copy of the data the analysis ran on. Treat it with the same care as the dataset itself, and de-identify before you share it outside your team.
Copy a table
Section titled “Copy a table”Results tables on the run page have a Copy as table button. It copies the table in a form that pastes straight into Word or Excel. The package also has every results table as CSV and as one Excel workbook.
Download a manuscript draft
Section titled “Download a manuscript draft”If you asked for a manuscript draft when you configured the run, the run page shows the draft and offers Download manuscript.docx and Download manuscript.tex. The draft is written by the AI from the computed results. Check every number against the results before you use it.
Download a figure
Section titled “Download a figure”Figures on the run page can be exported as TIFF at 300 or 600 dpi, as PDF, or as SVG.
Export a report
Section titled “Export a report”A report collects analyses into one document and generates a statistical-analysis section for a manuscript. Use Add to report on a run page to file the run into a report, then open the report from Reports and export it as HTML, Word, or a LaTeX zip. To give someone outside Celeus a read-only view of a report instead, create a share link - see Share a project and invite a teammate.
